Frequently Asked Questions

Concierge medicine is a new model of healthcare that puts the focus back on the Patient-Doctor Relationship by removing the middlemen. The providers spend more time dealing directly with their patients than doing anything else – as it should be!

Concierge medicine allows physicians to reduce overhead costs and insurance burdens.  This allows your doctor to be able to return your texts or have a video chat with you, less wait time, longer relaxed appointments, same day appointments, wholesale pricing passed on to you for labs and imaging. This has been shown to have improved clinical outcomes and save patients money.

In addition to our centralized focus on your entire well-being, our providers have a 40+ years combined experience in family medicine. Living and practicing medicine in the Texas area for 20+ years has fostered our long-standing relationships with the most knowledgeable and skilled specialists in the in the Hill Country, San Antonio, and Waco areas.

Instead, we offer personalized, comprehensive care that is available to you 24/7. Through our telemedicine services, you can chat with our medical team in the comfort of your own home via text, email, phone, or video chat.
